We offer both initial and follow-up meetings via phone and videoconferencing.

Electronic document review

We can provide document proofs, such as Estate Planning documents, electronically for you review. Some documents can be signed electronically via easy-to-use Docu-Sign software. Contact us if you have questions about whether a document can be legally signed electronically.

CURBSIDE / YOUR-LOCATION SIGNING AND NOTARIZATION AVAILABLE

We are offering remote consultation, drafting, proof examination, and curbside signing, witnessing, and notarization for all of our Estate Planning and Probate services.

• Curbside/parking lot signing is available effective immediately:

  • At our Hopkins location for all documents, including witnessed documents, or

• At your location for notarization-only documents, or for witnessed document, when/where you have at least one witness available.

  All pre-drafting consultations and document drafting, review, proofing and approval procedures are available via phone, e-mail, or postal mail.
